My name is Nadia Malik. I am the current First Grade Teacher. I wanted to tell you a few things about myself. I am 35 years old and have lived in Columbia MO for 31 years.
I am married and have 5 beautiful children, 2 of whom are in Middle school and the other three are in third grade, second grade, and daycare. I have been teaching for about 10 years now. I have my Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology (University of Missouri-Columbia), my Masters in Education Degree from United Kingdom (Manchester Metropolitan University), and my teaching degree from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (ABCTE), am currently working to obtain my Principal Certification from the University of Missouri from the Education Specialist Program. I have taught preschool for 2 years, kindergarten for 1 year, and First grade 7 years. I love working with children, learning, and teaching. Being a teacher lets me do all those things and allows me to use my creative artsy side as well. I look forward to working with your students this year and in the future! Can't wait to see all my beautiful students on the 22nd of August.
